Historic park designated as cultural property by the local government of Hyogo prefecture

Numerous remains and relics from the late Jomon era (approximately 3,500 years ago) to the Muromachi era (approx. 600 years ago) have been discovered in this place.Large-sized pit-houses of the late Yayoi era and the cluster of pit-houses from the late Kofun era (approx. 1,400 - 1,450 years ago) are especially important discoveries that have been designated by the Hyogo prefectural government as cultural asses in 1992.In the park, the south side of the alley is the Yayoi-era village, and the north side is the Kofun-era village, representing the scene the way it had been discovered.
