We wish to have customers enjoy tasty confectionery. With that in mind, our sweets-loving staff makes confectionery every day by hand. We press-shape the salt-flavored manju, a specialty, one by one, by hand so that it will have a gentle and smooth texture. We also roll up the Amajio (natural salt) Roll, current item of interest, one by one, by hand. We cannot produce a lot in number, but please come and get them as a memorabilia or as a souvenir.
