Our gyoza (dumplings) are made with Ako salt and strictly selected ingredients produced in Japan.
Our cooking method is somewhat unique. The method makes lots of umami spurt out of the filling of the gyoza.
Specially made original miso sauce also enhances the gyoza's flavor.
