Place to pray for safe voyage and en-musubi(good luck in relationships)

Itsuwahime Shrine is located in the onsen area of Ako Misaki. It was originally situated on a rocky place called Haccho-iwa (or Osono) in the sea across, but it is said that Asano Takumi no Kami Naganori transferred it to the current location. The shrine is visited to pray for good haul of fish, and also to purchase amulets said to bring good luck in relationships. The view of the sea from the shrine is splendid. Recommended for a date with your special someone.
