The sushi culture has been created and nurtured by the natural features of Japan through a thousand years' period of time from Nara and Heian eras. ("Sushi is a thousand years of dreams"). Please savor the seasonal delicacies. Maki-zushi (rolled sushi) is highly popular, on top of nigiri-zushi. Red miso soup and steamed egg custard are also recommended. We serve nabe (hotpot dishes with soft-shell turtles, blowfish, or fish) in winter and pike conger in summer. (Reservation required)
